Following up on my earlier post, Travis Illig has another useful utility named SNInfo which displays the strong name information about any any managed assembly you drag and drop onto the form. If you're a user of Junction from Sysinternals, be sure to look at Junction Shell Extensions.
I would strongly recommend taking a look at his main downloads page. There are a number of very useful utilities posted there.
